Welcome to the The Kempton Fair website. By using our site you agree to the following terms:

1. Payments

• Check/Cash Only: We currently only accept payments via cash or check. Fair gate admission fee is cash only.

• Payable To: Please make all checks out to Kempton Community Center.

• Returned Checks: A fee of $50.00 will be charged for any check returned by the bank for non-sufficient funds.

2. Refunds & Cancellations

• Donations: All donations are final.

• Event Fees: Refunds for event registrations or vendor spaces are handled on a case-by-case basis and generally require notice at least 14 days prior to the event.

3. SAFETY​

• All members and fair visitors are expected to follow our fair and community center safety guidelines and bylaws while on-site.  More information is in the Premium book.

 

Please be aware that pictures taken of you can possibly be used on our facebook page, website and other publications.

 

4. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date."
